W. Jay DeVecchio is a litigator and former Co-Chair of Morrison & Foersters Government Contracts and Public Procurement practice. He is recognized as a leader in the field of intellectual property rights in government contracts; he has testified as an expert, and teaches nationwide, on the subject.
