Get to Know Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker who holds a master’s degree in social work and a post-graduate certificate in Integrative Behavioral Health. Over the past three years, I have gained valuable hands-on experience specializing in compassionate, evidence-based care for children and families. My approach is holistic, supporting the mental and emotional well-being of those I serve.
Why I Treat Children
I am deeply passionate about working with children. I enjoy teaching them and connecting through their unique interests. By utilizing children’s books, stuffed animals, pets, and other items they love, I build rapport and foster trust. These resources help create a comfortable and engaging environment, allowing children to express themselves and learn effectively.
What I'm Passionate About
My passion lies in educating children about how their minds and bodies work. I use pictures, documents, and books as tools to make these concepts relatable and accessible for young learners. By transforming complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand stories, I can foster a therapeutic environment built on trust. This approach helps children feel comfortable and empowered to understand important topics about themselves.
